1. Who we are
walk.estate ("we", "us") provides AI-powered 3D property walkthroughs. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use walk.estate and how we handle it. If you have questions, contact us at hello@walk.estate.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, password (hashed) and profile information you provide.
Content: videos and property details you upload, generated 3D scenes, thumbnails and tour metadata.
Billing data: handled by Stripe — we store only your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID and plan. We never see or store full card numbers.
Usage data: tour view counts, basic browser/user-agent strings and referrer URLs for analytics on tours you publish.
3. How we use your data
To deliver the service: process your videos into 3D walkthroughs, host tours, send transactional emails (sign-up, password reset, billing receipts).
To operate billing and prevent fraud via Stripe.
To provide aggregated tour analytics to property owners.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use your uploads to train third-party AI models.
4. Service providers
Supabase (EU region): authentication, database and file storage for your account and content.
Stripe: payment processing, subscriptions and invoicing.
KIRI Engine: 3D reconstruction processing of videos you upload.
These providers process data only on our instructions, under their own terms and security standards.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@walk.estate. You may withdraw consent, object to processing or lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Estonia: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
6. Data retention
We keep your account and content while your account is active. After account deletion, content is removed within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with Estonian accounting law.
7. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
