1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of walk.estate. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

walk.estate lets you upload property videos and converts them into interactive 3D walkthroughs that you can host and share. Processing is performed by third-party AI providers (currently KIRI Engine).

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. You must own or have permission to upload and publish the property content you submit.

4. Subscriptions, billing and trial

Paid plans (Starter €29, Pro €79, Agency €249 per month) are billed monthly via Stripe. Each plan starts with a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends. All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not provide refunds for the current or past billing periods, including unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@walk.estate.

6. Acceptable use

You may not upload content you do not have rights to, content that depicts other people without consent, illegal content, or use the service to harass, defraud or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the videos and tours you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display your content solely to provide the service to you and your viewers.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing times depend on third-party providers. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to your local courts.
